Project Description
General Construction contract for an out-of-the-ground 2,500 SF, new building for The Huntington National Bank located in Seven Fields, PA. Responsibilities included coordination of separate prime contracts for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, audio-visual, and plumbing work.
General Construction Scope of work included earthwork and site development including all site utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, and landscaping, decorative fencing, guide rail, and retaining wall.
Building Construction included concrete footings, concrete slabs on grade, brick veneer, framing, gypsum board, painting, acoustical ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, casework and millwork, flooring, aluminum glass, and glazing systems, interior and exterior signage, toilet accessories as well as numerous other finishes.
