Project Description
Waller Corporation was the General Contractor for a renovation and addition for the Triadelphia Middle School. The existing building was a total of 61,403 sf and Waller completed a 14,000 sf addition and a 10,700 sf renovation. The addition added a 6,700 sf cafeteria and kitchen and included 8-foot windows that span 120 feet of a curved curtain wall in the cafeteria area. The addition also allowed for the school to add the industrial arts, art, maker space, and string rooms located on the lower level.
Waller also renovated the band and music rooms located on the lower level.
